The Multi-Swipe Film Sealing Paddle ensures a secure and uniform, pressure-sensitive seal around all wells and is an economical alternative to plate rollers. Film-Sealing Paddle are designed for use with all plate types. Reusable and recyclable. The semi-soft, pliable sealing surfaces prevent the film/foil from being torn or ripped. Features two unique sized corner radius: 1/8 inch (0.3175 centimeter) and 1/16 inch (0.1588 centimeter) to seal around the plate perimeter; the tighter radii is for use with raised-rim PCR plates. Features two sealing surfaces: the shorter length fits inside the walls of raised-rim plates; the longer length is ideal for flat-top and deep-well plates. The non-flat contoured side is designed to go down to the plate; the center raised textured surface provides a non-slip finger hold.

Weather-proof roller operates on benchtop in dry or humid incubators in cold rooms to 0C and even in ovens to 65C. Use for cell culture with standard roller bottles and in filter blot applications with hybridization bottles (below). Unit is supplied with six gear-driven rollers to rotate three large bottles at variable speed 0.25-8 rpm. Rollers can be moved closer together to accommodate small bottles and tubes and up to five more rollers can be added as many as thirty 10AxA75Amm tubes can be turned at 2-67Arpm. Unit is powered by a cool-running 24AVDC motor. Thin flat AC power cord (US only) reaches external outlet without damaging incubator or refrigerator gasket.
